Membership for Northumberland and Durham Labrador Retriever Club runs from January 1st until December 31st each year. Annual subscriptions are due January 1st.

We have one intake of new members per year, in March.

Upon receipt of your fully completed membership application form, this will be considered at our March General Committee meeting, following which you will be contacted by our Membership Secretary to advise on the status of your application.


Once accepted/ratified at our March meeting, you will receive confirmation of your full membership and entitlement to member benefits following which, your initial membership payment must be paid 7 days after receipt of your welcome email.

​You can also apply online for membership on this system, by post or by emailing your application to our email address

The membership application form is editable and can either be completed on your computer and emailed to or printed out and posted to the address shown on the form.

​​As per club rules, if you are not a fully paid up, ratified member by March 31st; you will not receive member benefits in that year or receive future communications and have to re-apply for membership.

​​​It is your responsibility to ensure your fees are FULLY paid at the correct time and rate, to ensure you receive member benefits, including preference in Field Trial draws and discounted prices on entries and health testing events.
